Together we discuss different aspects, ranging from modern, classical communication to quantum communication and post-quantum cryptography. We also dive deeper into protocols for quantum key distribution, looking not only at the well-known DV-QKD protocols but at CV-QKD protocols as well. After that, we immerse ourselves in the world of quantum networks and their components \u2013 the quantum links and quantum nodes. Lastly, this quantum-communication course addresses possible application scenarios and the importance of quantum communication for a wide variety of sectors.<\/p>\n<p>We wish you lots of fun and success as you work through the course!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The course gives you the opportunity to review and test your knowledge by means of exercises.
