You will be guided through interesting phenomena, experimental setups and their (planned) application in the real world.<\/p>\n<p>In this journey, you will get to know to various relevant topics, applications and the basic rules to understand these. If you successfully complete this module, you will\u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8230;understand the difference between classical and quantum technologies!<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;learn basic terms and principles!<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;create, elaborate and reflect simple setups for further application!<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;explain basic terms, technological applications and principles!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A dedicated <a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.milq.info\/en\/qti\/basics\/glossary\/\">glossary<\/a> supports this material, providing clear explanations for all essential and technical terms.<br \/>\n<a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.milq.info\/en\/qti\/basics\/topic1\/\">Topic 1<\/a> explores the probabilistic nature of quantum physics, as well as quantum random number generators (QRNGs).<br \/>\n<a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.milq.info\/en\/qti\/basics\/topic2\/\">Topic 2<\/a> explores superposition and interference in the context of Quantum objects, as well as optical quantum computing.<br \/>\n<a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.milq.info\/en\/qti\/basics\/topic3\/\">Topic 3<\/a> explores the definiteness of measurements, as well as quantum computing.<br \/>\n<a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.milq.info\/en\/qti\/basics\/topic4\/\">Topic 4<\/a> explores the principle of complementarity, as well as secure quantum key distribution.<br \/>\n<a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.milq.info\/en\/qti\/basics\/topic5\/\">Topic 5<\/a> explores entanglement, as well as the use of quantum repeaters for long-distance communication.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.milq.info\/en\/qti\/basics\/topic1\/\">Start Module<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This Module is developed by TU Braunschweig as part of the Project \u201cQuantum Technology Courses for Industry (QTIndu)\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>You can find more e-learning courses and modules about quantum in the QTIndu training catalogue.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>About the Technische Universit\u00e4t of Braunschweig<\/h3>\n<p>Commonly referred to as TU Braunschweig, it is the oldest Technische Universit\u00e4t in Germany.
